6. Payment and Refund Terms

6.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for our game development services:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
• Online payment processors (PayPal, Stripe)
• Bank transfers (for enterprise clients)
• Cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, Ethereum) - subject to additional terms

6.2 Payment Structure

Our payment structure typically follows these models:

• Milestone-based payments: 50% upfront, 30% at project midpoint, 20% upon completion
• Monthly retainers: Fixed monthly payments for ongoing development services

6.3 Payment Terms and Conditions

• All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge
• Project work may be suspended for payments overdue by more than 30 days
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to invoices
• Payment processing fees may apply for certain payment methods

6.4 Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

6.4.1 Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once work has commenced:

• Consultation and strategy sessions
• Design and concept development work
• Completed project milestones
• Third-party licensing fees and costs
• Infrastructure and hosting costs

6.4.2 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be available under the following circumstances:

• Project cancellation within 7 days: 90% refund of unused funds
• Project cancellation within 14 days: 75% refund of unused funds
• Project cancellation within 30 days: 50% refund of unused funds
• After 30 days: No refunds unless mutually agreed upon

6.4.3 Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing fees may be deducted from refund amounts
• International refunds may take 10-15 business days

6.4.4 No Refund Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Project completion and delivery of final deliverables
• Client dissatisfaction with subjective design choices
• Changes in client's business circumstances
• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Requests for features not included in original scope

6.5 Dispute Resolution for Payments

In case of payment disputes:

• We will work with you to resolve disputes amicably
• Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days of invoice date
• Unresolved disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration
• We reserve the right to suspend services during dispute resolution

6.6 Currency and Exchange Rates

For international clients:

• All transactions are processed in USD
• Exchange rates are determined by your payment processor
• We are not responsible for currency conversion fees
• International wire transfers may incur additional fees

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BHSTYLE SPECTRUM LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

10. Indemnification

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
